Terms of Service

By using the ListWrap.com website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
3. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other ListWrap users.
4. You may not use the ListWrap.com service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the ListWrap.com service.
6. You must not modify, adapt or hack ListWrap.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with ListWrap.com.
7. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any ListWrap members ("Spam").
8. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
9. You must not, in the use of ListWrap, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your ListWrap.com account. While ListWrap.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that ListWrap cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its website and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the ListWrap.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the ListWrap.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

Copyright

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the ListWrap service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.

Privacy

1. We respect your privacy.
2. Your email address will not be shown online, and members of ListWrap have the opportunity to hide or show their age on their ListWrap depending on personal preference.
3. We will not give your details to 3rd parties.
4. We only ask for information during signup that is required for the purpose of the website.
5. In order to log in to the site, you must enable session cookies.
6. We don't leave any cookies on your computer - our intentions are good!
7. We only use session cookies to identify you within the website whilst you're logged in. This is normal practise and does not try to capture any personal information from your computer.

Competition

1. The current competition will be drawn on 30th June 2009.
2. The word "list" when referring to the list you could win, is deemed to be the default first 5 priorities in each price bracket i.e. your first 25 gifts.
3. No one prize value gift in the top price bracket can exceed £300 sterling.
4. The total prize value will not exceed £2,500 sterling.
